Heterojunction Nano Devices 이종접합 나노소자

We design and fabricate heterojunction nano devices by integrating 2D materials (graphene and TMDs) with functional substrates and oxides. We develop various fabrication and patterning methods and extend toward applications such as graphene-based oxide detectors and new concepts of transistors.
